Mone't Ince-Amara, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals facing mental health challenges. Specializing in trauma-informed care, I take an integrative and functional approach to treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, and disordered eating. I earned my Master’s in Nursing from Walden University in 2019 and am licensed to practice in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.

With over a decade of experience as a registered nurse, I have specialized in Sexual Assault Nurse Examination (SANE) and worked in various hospital settings, gaining deep insight into trauma care and emergency services. My commitment to mental health extends beyond clinical practice—I have volunteered as a crisis counselor for survivors of domestic violence, sexual trauma, human trafficking, strangulation, and child abuse. I am passionate about transforming mental health care by providing compassionate, evidence-based support to those in need.
