We believe that mental health care should be accessible to anyone who has a need. Our provider is in network with most commercial insurance plans, and Maryland Medicaid. Our team makes an effort to verify your insurance before your visit. Patients should also contact their plan member services to ensure they have coverage for virtual care. Onboarding
You can schedule your appointment online. Once you have scheduled your appointment you will receive a prescreen form, and a link to upload your identification and insurance plan information. This process is important to make sure you can receive services.
Communications
Our office provides convenient communication options for you. All patients can select the communication platform that best suits their needs, whether through phone, our 24-hour messaging service, our secure and HIPAA-compliant patient portal, or our direct messaging app.
Your Initial Session
Currently, all sessions take place using our audiovisual platform, and patients must be situated in DC, Maryland, or Virginia to comply with legal regulations within our provider's licensed scope of operation.
Required Equipment
For each subsequent session, patients must furnish vital signs. This is crucial for accurate assessment, ensuring proper response to treatment, and evaluating potential side effects. Please consider obtaining a scale and blood pressure monitor, available at local drugstores or online platforms like Amazon.
