Select the Book Now to request a new patient appointment. Once we have verified your insurance benefits, we will confirm your appointment. If you are an existing patient, you can schedule your appointment by using the Book Now or use your secure patient portal.
We accept most major insurance plans. We do not accept Medicaid.

Therapy Only: $195
Due to high demand, we ask that new patients complete onboarding paperwork by 5 PM the day before their appointment. Missed appointments without notice may result in ineligibility for future services.

Effective 10/9/25 Updated Rates

Patients who no show or cancel their appointment in less than two business days will be charged $100.
